Ordering
- Provides orders by Supplier.
- Shows total order cost.
- Allows orders to be modified.
- Prints product labels for items ordered with five different label types including bar codes.
- Orders are posted once received or at time of order.
- Automatically updates quantity on hand.
- Sends orders via email to your distributor along with a copy for you
Product Labels
- Five choices of product label styles, (includes laser and bar coded).

Inventory Reports
- Sales Report shows month, quarter and year sales.
- Volume Cost Report lists code, name and cost of having on shelf. (Used for end-of-year property taxes).
- Shortage Report lists items for reorder by code, name and cost.
- Variance (Theft) Report shows retail name, number and cost of loss.
- Code Number Report lists each product's code, name and retail price.
- Physical Count Report prints list of computed inventory to match and compare actual inventory on hand.
Vendor File
- Keep important vendor information in one location
- Contains Salesperson information along with contact phone numbers
- Tracks vendor account numbers, terms, credit limit and fax numbers
- Allows orders to be emailed instead of faxed
- Allows notes for each vendor
- Shows last order date along with order total for each vendor
