Employees and 200 services. We sell our program based upon the number of
employees and rooms needed. If you are a Day Spa and you want to utilize
the automatic room booking features in the program then you must add the rooms
to the total employee count. Employees can be added at anytime for a one
time cost of $50. |

Yes, the Spa/Salon Manager salon software
is initially sold for a single computer. An additional computer license
can be purchased for a one time fee of $400 per computer. |

Yes, we recommend the product called
Logmein (www.Logmein.com). This product communicates with your salon
computer allowing you to access your salon data utilizing the Internet.
They have a free version that does not allow printing at home. To allow
printing they charge a modest fee of $60 per year. |

When you purchase the Spa/Salon Manager you
receive one year technical support and updates. We also, schedule 2 hour
training blocks to help you get the most out of the software. You may
schedule training time anytime throughout the first year. |

Maintenance/Support Contract
Maintenance contracts are available AFTER the first
year. ALL SUPPORT AND UPDATES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR
THE FIRST YEAR. Following years are priced at $295 per year.
Software updates can be downloaded from the internet to your system at any
time. Software updates require 10 to 15 minutes to complete depending on
the Internet speed.

The learning curve to change from one software to another
depends on the experience of the person using the system. Most people that
have used a window's based program will find that they are comfortable with the system
within a week.
