Q. Can your salon information be imported to The Spa/Salon Manager?
A. Yes, providing the information can be emailed or sent to us.
Q. Where is the salon data?
A. All data remains on your computer and available to you.  You are responsible for making backups of that data.  A USB Flash Drive can be utilized to make backups a simple procedure. IBCS offers automatic nightly backups utilizing the Internet to safeguard your information.
Q. What are the capacities of The Spa/Salon Manager?
A. The system supports up to 7999 Employees and 200 services.  We sell our program based upon the number of employees and rooms needed.  If you are a Day Spa and you want to utilize the automatic room booking features in the program then you must add the rooms to the total employee count. 
Q. Does the system support Inventory?
A. Yes, the system provides ordering along with total sales information for each product.  Orders can be emailed to your supplier directly through the program.

Q. Does the Spa/Salon Manager do confirming via email?
A. Yes, We provide email and phone appointments confirmation.  Confirmed customers are shown in Green on the appointment book. Additionally, we can send a text message to your client on the day of their appointment.
Q. How fast is the Internet Booking?
A. Almost immediately.  An email confirmation can be sent to the customer to verify that the appointment has been booked.
Q. Can customers cancel appointments On-Line?
A. Yes, but the system is designed with safe guards.  You decide what your customers can do on the system in regards to booking appointments, packages and canceling appointments.
Q. Who will Host your Salon Web site?
A. IBCS will host your site at no charge providing you have purchased The Spa/Salon Manager program and maintain an On-Line Booking contract with our company.

Q. How long has Innovative Business Computer Solutions (IBCS)  been in business?
A. IBCS, Inc. is a privately held company that has been serving salons and spas since 1985.  We have been doing on-line booking since 2000. 
Q. Who made The Spa/Salon Manager?
A. The Spa/Salon Manager is developed by the same people who provide technical support.  We use Microsoft development tools to create our software program.  Innovative Business Computer Solutions is the sole owner of the Spa/Salon Manager software.
Q. Does the price include any web page design?
A. We will design a basic web page for customers at no charge.  An example of those basic pages are http://www.castilianandcompany.com and http://www.TopDesignersSalon.com   When using your  Salon Name as  the web address, an additional charge from another company of $35 per year must be included.

Purchasing The Spa/Salon Manager

    The Spa/Salon Manager is sold based upon the number of employees required to be tracked including rooms.

Additional terminals are charged a one time fee per terminal of $400.
*Employees can be added at any time for $50 each employee.  

Maintenance/Support Contract

Maintenance contracts are available AFTER the first year.  ALL SUPPORT AND UPDATES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE FIRST YEAR.  Following years are priced at $295 per year.  Software updates can be downloaded from the internet to your system at any time.  Software updates require 10 to 15 minutes to complete depending on the Internet speed.

Payment Plans

Innovative Business Computer Solutions offers a variety of payment plans to ease the transition.  We accept all major credit cards.  Full payment upfront, three equal payments via credit card with no interest,  Pay-As-You Go rental plan and leasing to own are all available options.

Learning Curve

The learning curve to change from one software to another depends on the experience of the person using the system.  Most people that have used a window's based program will find that they are comfortable with the system within a week.

Since the data is stored on your local computer, additional setup is required.
